Damaged Sign
75 Atherton St, Roxbury, Ma, 02119A “no parking” sign was pulled out of the sidewalk at 76 Atherton St, Jamaica Plain 02130. It is critical this is replaced as soon as possible - this section of curb needs to be free of cars, as it abuts a commercial loading dock receiving multiple box truck deliveries daily. Cars have already begun parking in that segment of curb, restricting access. The red line in the attached image is the location of the removed sign

Damaged Sign
Intersection Of Anderson Pl And Anderson St, Boston, MaThere was a no parking sign located on Anderson Street just after the gated entrance on left side. It was removed during brick work on sidewalk but never replaced. It should line up with red painted sidewalk and red line on street. Cars are parking and blocking the exit from our building on Anderson. Our property is at 41 Phillips street. Thank you

Damaged Sign
90 Traveler St, Roxbury, Ma, 02118Please paint lines for the two left turns lanes from Southbound Albany Street on to W Broadway. A car nearly hit me because he was cutting over several lanes and thought he could get in the left most lane from the center lane on Albany Street. When there are three lanes to go to and two from the other road, it is too much math or logic for drivers. (The car that almost hit me then proceeded to run a red light at the next intersection, and even though he was crossing a solid white line on West Broadway at this point, he still might have tried to say it was my fault if he had made contact, as he attempted to cut in front of me diagonally and would have hit my right headlight with the side of his car.) Please paint lines for the left turn lanes to avoid confusion and collisions.
CLOSED #101005424227Case Noted. The lane lines , turning arrows and onlys are all in place and clearly visible at given location .

Damaged Sign
Intersection Of Commonwealth Ave And University Rd, Boston, MaIntersection on University Road off Comm Ave and Storrow Drive on BU’s campus next to BU Academy. Traffic northbound on University Road frequently passes stop line, blocking parking lot access to BU lot. There used to be a stop here on red sign, and I wanted to see what the city could do about placing that again and possibly considering a box to make sure traffic stops blocking this intersection, backing up both Commonwealth Avenue and Storrow Drive.
CLOSED #101005414900Case Noted. Visual inspexction perfromed all signs are properly posted , stop sign was removed due to traffic ligh being installed. Took picture for refernece.

Damaged Sign
Intersection Of Bynner St And S Huntington Ave, Jamaica Plain, MaIt seems that one of the No Turn on Red signs has disappeared from the intersection of S. Huntington Ave. and Bynner St., specifically the one facing westbound traffic on Bynner St. (which disallows a right turn south on S. Huntington Ave.). I just saw a line of cars queued on Bynner St. westbound where the third car in honked incessantly while waiting at the red light, until finally driving out into the other lane and making a right on red (in front of the other two cars that were not turning right). If this was an intentional change with the goal of reducing cars queueing on Bynner St. westbound, I recommend reinstating the sign and instead retiming the signal which consistently gives S. Huntington Ave. too much time outside of the peak of peak rush hour (and induces constant jaywalking).

Damaged Sign
Intersection Of Boston University Brg And Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MaEastbound lane of commonwealth ave at the BU bridge. The sign indicating no left hand turns (across B line tracks) is damaged (tilted and bent), and people are making a lot of left hand turns there. It has become extremely dangerous to bikers, pedestrians and other motorists as cars idle on the tracks and go through red lights since this is not a safe place for left hand turns. This is the same location of the Thanksgiving car accident with the B line.
CLOSED #101004660343Noted. Wptk order has been written to replace missing No Left turn sign at given location .

Damaged Sign
Intersection Of Tremont St And Huntington Ave, Mission Hill, MaVery dangerous pedestrian crossing with missing sign. Only a post stub is left (see the red circle and arrow in the photo) and there is no shielding of people waiting at the crosswalk. Many pedestrians often need to wait here after getting off the Green Line at Brigham Circle, but nothing protects them from heavy oncoming traffic except a short curb, and recently these flimsy traffic cones. This seems like a severe accident waiting to happen. Please put up a real sign and substantial barrier to prevent a confused or distracted motorist from colliding with pedestrians!
CLOSED #101002734508Case Referred to External Agency. This location is under the jurisdiction of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority. The MBTA confirmed that they have received this complaint. The appropriate district will be responding. Thank you.
