Public alley 402 at rear of 118 Huntington Avenue at corner of Garrison. This alley is chronically littered with trash from the adjacent apartment building. Today it is particularly bad. They should have containers for the trash. The building owners are clearly negligent. This is an aesthetic, safety, and likely health hazard. This has been reported many times before. Action needs to be taken.
