What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reported that the buling is in terrible condition. Constituent stated that there are mattresses and furniture all over the property. Constituent is concerned that is a hazard cause a fire can easily occur. Please look into this]

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states that building used to look like it was taken care of. Says it has looked abandoned for at least a month now. Bushes are growing out into the sidewalk. There is a mattress against a window as well.]
