What is the nature of the problem: [51 Spice St. MESSAGE:Stanhope Garage Inc. Parking Lot 51 Spice St Boston, MA 02129 (617) 262-0691 This lot has turned into a junkyard there are many unlicensed cars trucks trailers boats overflowing dumpsters mattresses the place stinks of oil with trash all over the ground they don't even try to hide the stuff trucks back in and load things into trailers someone needs to at least take a look like maybe EPA or Environmental Police.
