Constituent experience during this short time several violations to the housing code and my requests for the unsanitary and unsafe conditions to be addressed have gone largely unmet. Here below a short list (I have also emails, photos and movies documenting this). When I moved in I found:the gas valve fully rusted, not operable (I can not rotate by hand) and I sometimes smell gas,fecal matter in the bathroom, scraps in the kitchen, mice excrements in several places, pest traps full of bugs hidden across the apartment, broken glass, mosquito net and curtain of the window that has still not been replacedthe apartment is infested by cockroaches, despite 12 traps I kill several every day. I found bed bug despite my bed and mattress were totally new and I did not travel anywhere They entered in my apartment without notifying me while I was outside The internal courtyard of the building has trash left open, which adds further sanitary concerns. Mattress on sidewalk

Tenant states there is a mattress sitting outside her door for the past 2wks with blood and urine on it. States it was placed there from one of the neighbors and she refuses to ask them due to previous altercations. Hi, there My name is Jinchen Zhang, I am an international student from Northeastern University. I am living in Backbay area as a tenant. On October 21, my apartment was get into water damage, caused the pipe broken in the wall (I am not sure about that). I contacted with my property manager immediately when I fund this issue, they help me to pull the water out quickly. The problem is after the manager helped me pull the water out, he did nothing to help me fix this issue. One of a wall in my bedroom is broken with a big hole, some of my valuable belongings, furniture, and mattress are broken are the manager said they can’t cover it. Since October 21 until now, nobody came to my apartment and fix the wall and other problems out, property manager just ask my roommates (female) and me live in living room. (the structure of my apartment is like a loft, and 2 bedrooms located in garden level ). I feel really tough to living just in living room with my roommates, because the whole apartment has musty smell. And the manager put 3 big fans into bedrooms to try the room out, they were so noisy when I trying to sleep. I also requested for an alternative shelter, like hotel or somewhere, but the manager refused either. As an international student, I don’t know where I can report, and get some help, I called 911 and they suggested me to contact with the mayor hotline. Also, I will have to attend to an academic conference in San Diego from Otc.28 to Nov.5, I do really want an inspection and other help before I go there. (VIA E-Mail) Hi I have contacted Cushing Mgmt Tony Pagano 617-247-1533 at 270 Huntington Ave Boston Mass 02115 about the King Size Box Spring Mattresses block the Exit Door and Elevator and the 6th Floor of the building at least 4 times in a 2 weeks period. And nothing is been done about removing.. If a Fire where to happen tenants would be trapped... Please review attachment photos. Mr. Pratt had called previously to complain about the condition of his carpet. That issue has been resolved. This complaint is in regards to the clutter in the basement.
