Never picked up "scheduled mattress pick up" even though the mattress was waiting waiting for a pickup at 1120 Washington Street. The mattress is still there can you please pick up

My apartment was damaged by leaking water last Friday. A pipe broke on the third floor, and water ran all the way down, leaking through my ceiling, drywall, and bathroom light. Currently, we have to stay in a hotel; the insurance company provided one week of temporary housing. Upon communicating with the landlord's maintenance team, I feel that they only want to repaint the wall. ( told me I only need to remove the mattress) I'm worried about electricity safety, mold, and the water-soaked drywall. And I doubt this is the first time they're doing so. Since I moved into this apartment in Aug 2024, I developed depression, asthma, and constant skin allergies. I even complained about bedbugs, because our symptoms were so similar to insect bites. Could you please send an inspector to check the mold infection? Thank you so much.

I put a mattress removal ticket in but no one came to remove it. Can this be removed?

two bathrooms on fourth floor toilet what you stand up use leaks all on the floor and also i inform staff supervisor a few times nothing done and sometimes toilet don't flush and at night floor has urine leaking from toilet and toilet tissue with shit on it and it breaks down person mentally hygiene issues. Hi, Our king mattress was not picked up yesterday as scheduled at 128 Bellevue St WRox. Could they please pick up today before it gets rained on? It is partially on the sidewalk and as we're both seniors it would be very difficult to move. Thank you.

My brother had a mattress pickup scheduled for yesterday throught the city's mattress recycling program; however, the mattress is still out in front of my house. Can we get an ETA on when the mattress will be picked up?
