He has men pulling down the tree wearing bike helmets and no safety precautions, cones, signage and cars are going down Morton completely unaware. Tree is on the sidewalk and the branches are on top of the wires and pushing the wires down. Caller reports tree has uprooted from corner lot public garden and is now leaning on house. Caller also believes power lines are down under the tree (pole to house) but they still have power.
