Hello, we have a tree outside entrance to 41 Phillips Street condominiums that is overgrown and branches that are hitting a residents window with potential for damage. Please put in a service request to the Department of Parks and Recreation to have the tree trimmed back. It is located near entrance to 41 Phillips Street building and branches are affecting the 2nd floor windows. Thank you.
