The sidewalk cement is cracked and raised and poses a safety hazard. There is also a guy wire pole there and the cement is cracked all around the pole. Please reopen this case as the sidewalk needs to be re-cemented. Thank you, Anastasia Medrano | Cause of damage: [Other]

There was Reflecting Poles in the street and they were knocked down from Snow plows. Now there are bolts at least 2 inches high coming out of the ground from where the poles were.
