Sidewalk is totally crumpled away and is blocking the bike lane in Fenway

Bike lane and sidewalk need to be plowed. Both barely have a foot cleared. This is not ada for the sidewalk for anyway who is in a wheelchair or pushing a stroller forcing them to walk in the road. It is highly dangerous for cyclists who are suddenly squeezed between a car and a bank as the road narrows suddenly without warning

Bollards on Alford street have been destroyed in bike lane

The bike lane protections at the corner of Mass Ave and Beacon are gone. Two bike riders have been killed at this corner. I make this same report every few months over the years because the City continually installs only flecible pylons which are quickly destroyed by the same trucks that will kill the anothet bike rider. The City needs to install a strong and permanent stone corner protection here...or are you going to wait for a third death?

White Bike lane poles are piling up again on North Beacon Street. Trucks and cars hit them and knock them down, and the city seems to just leave them there for weeks on end. There is trash and debris accumulating in the lanes. Get rid of the poles please so you can clean the streets properly. They are not replaced when knocked down, so what is the purpose of having them if you are not going to maintain them? These poles are a hazard and are a waste of residents money.

Bike lane barriers BROKEN at intersection of Murdock St and N Beacon, 02135. My husband crashed his bike due to a broken barrier and sustained injuries. Please remove the barriers and clean up the mess to prevent others from getting injured and to beautify the city. Painted bike lanes are enough. The barriers are a hazard.

Destroyed bike lane

The bike lane is dangerously uneven. The cracks down the center will cause an accident. Also, their was work remotely and the cenment separaters were placed incorrectly making the double bike lane smaller.

Everett St. expansion joint failure at curb. Metal brackets in bike lane east side, just crumbling concrete west side.

Const. is an elderly resident. States the curb of the sidewalk is detached from the sidewalk itself. The curb has been shifted alongside the bike lane and constituent is concerned as it is a tripping hazard. Requesting repair asap | Cause of damage: [Other] Sidewalk material: [Concrete]
