Constituent reports by the bodega at the intersection of washington st and Firth Rd there is a bumpy and poorly repaired section of the sidewalk by the pole that has caused numerous dangerious falls in the past. Broken pole

Constituent states there are sidewalk cracks on the sidewalk in front of her house. Has been calling for years but has not been repaired. Also states rhat there is a lot of gravel around the phone pole in front of her house that can be dangerous for pedestrians. | Cause of damage: [Normal deterioration]

Broken barrier pole

This sidewalk is broken and not visible at night due to poor lighting, and it is located at 103 Kilsyth Street in Brighton. The sidewalk is near a large tree and a city issued street sign on a tall metal Pole.I am a disabled individual in a wheelchair and have trouble moving through the area.

The sidewalk approaching the overpass at the end of Telford street is a nightmare, potholes, vegetation and utility pole making it hard to pass, how would bikes, strollers and wheel chairs get to the ramp?
