I found the sign on the ground on the bridge in the bike lane. I moved it to the sidewalk. I was not able to enter the actual address of the sign (Harvard Bridge in Boston, MA on Massachusetts Avenue), so I entered a nearby intersection. | Public safety sign: [No] Sign description: [The sign says "SHARE THE ROAD" and is supposed to be on Harvard Bridge (visible to cars traveling from Cambridge to Boston), closer to the Boston side.] Is the pole still there: [Yes]

This one way road has a lot of cyclist traffic going the opposite direction. Rather than force cyclists to dismount and take the heavily used sidewalk, or break the law and bike the wrong way, why not paint a bike lane going the opposite direction. A great example of this is Parkway Rd just south of the intersection of Brookline Ave and Riverway (near 6 Parkway Rd, 02445).
