Street light is out, it is at an intersection and illuminates a crosswalk.. please repair asap

Three bags of torn open and rat chewed bags of trash out illegally at South Russell Street side of 45 Myrtle Street. I just spotted after seeing a rat nearby which I reported. I suspect the bags of trash are from the AirbnB at 49 South Russell Street. Thank you.

I just saw two rats. One scurrying from illegally place trash at 58 South Russell Street across the street. The other came from 52 South Russell Street and scurried across the street. This is second sighting of rats in three days. All the bags placed out for trash on upper South Russell Street, including the regularly illegally bagged and placed bags are chewed through by rats. Thank you.

Hi, I wanted to flag a traffic issue on the block of Mackin St between Western Ave and Richardson St in Brighton. Coming up Mackin from Waverly, it's two-way until Richardson, and my understanding is drivers are supposed to turn right on Richardson to get back to Western. But a lot of people keep going straight up Mackin instead. They end up sitting at the corner waiting to pull out onto Western, so when you turn off Western onto Mackin there's barely room to get in. It backs up pretty much every time. Could someone take a look and clarify what the rule is for that block? If it's supposed to be one-way, the signs at Richardson need to be a lot clearer (Do Not Enter / One Way). If it's two-way, is there anything that can be done about the bottleneck at the Western Ave end?
