Trash covering Parmenter Street. Please help clean this up. This is unacceptable. This is people’s home.

It seems as though there’s a sinkhole forming on the corner of Newport and Harborview in Dorchester I took photos below, but you can’t really see how big the dip is in the pavement, but cars are bottoming out every time they drive over it
