    Illegal Airbnb at 12 Hinckley Street, the owners do not live at the residence. They claim to have an Executive Suites permit, which requires 10 day minimums and contracts with organizations like hospitals, etc.. However most guests stay for 2-3 days tops and they list the units on Airbnb which i believe is not allowed. For years this was a family owned and occupied home and offered a rental unit for another and now it is a hotel with no regard for the neighborhood.
