This property has overflowing barrels, loose bags, and piles of trash outside way before trash day (out over 24 hours before trash day) both in the front and on the side: 144 Arlington Street) This creates a perfect environment for rats to breed and spread and offers obstruction of the sidewalks. This owner pays no attention to this property!!!!!

Unkempt overgrown grass | Details: [**Originally submitted as BCS-00228649** Whoever the city sent out to inspect my previous report needs to go get some glasses. The people who cut the grass at 68 Seymour St let the grass grow to 3 feet tall then cut it with no collection bag and then they just blow their grass across the street to our side instead of picking it up and then when it rains it blocks our storm drains.
