Mattresses out blocking the sidewalk

New street trees, planted just before Dorchester Day, have had the mulch bags vandalized and no one has been out to water them. They are dying and need maintenance. All along sidewalk of Dorchester Park. I live at 2173 Dorchester Ave.

Person moving from 52 Cooper left trash out on Saturday, realtor holding an open house moved it around the corner today. I don’t think the city will pick it up from this location.

Rats in and out of garbage bins - it provides an endless supply of food for the warrens of rats. The bins get emptied early morning on garbage days only but the food supply is there every day from the Airbnb tenants. Pest control is a loosing battle with this much food available.

A lot of motorcycles and scooters inside Franklin Park cars parked playing music people drinking outside in public

The infra noise at North Station (commuter rail) is really disruptive to nearby residents. It sounds like trains are idling at all hours of the day and evening. Massachusetts state regulation prohibits unnecessary diesel locomotive idling for more than 30 minutes. I’m requesting MBTA be contacted to enforce this and reduce idling at this location, as well as assess noise levels at this location. The idling is loud enough to disrupt sleep and work inside my apartment with windows closed
