Please reference #BCS - 00287769 Large hole in possible City street tree. There is a big open cavity in the trunk of this tree immediately adjacent to and partially within the sidewalk/public right of way. Because of the size of the cavity and the tree’s proximity to the pedestrian sidewalk and street, I am concerned about possible structural failure. Please have Urban Forestry determine whether this is a public shade/street tree and have a City arborist inspect it for structural condition and public-safety risk.

The residence of this building consistently move out and leave furniture debris, etc. in front of this building. The landlord should be contacted and find if this behavior continues. Thank you very much.

Parked in middle of road at intersection where 2 year old was killed in crosswalk by a car.
