351 Meridian St, East Boston, Ma, 02128constituent complaint: Corner of Eutaw St. and Meridian St. in front of 351 Meridian St. variety store the street drain is blocked causing street flooding. There was just a Dept. of Public Works truck parked right on top of the drain with it's flashing lights on but stayed 10 minutes and just drove off.
