What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states the landlord is throwing trash onto the vacant lot of 95 creating favorable conditions for rodents. Requesting that this activity be inspected as well as the landlord's trash build-up in the back of their property allowing for rodents.]

Recycling staff and thrash accumulated behind the 89 Maverick st building. Agents will need to enter through the open parking space from 86 Maverick building to be a able to see it. there is an abandoned room in the same building that might be being used by someone. |

Someone dumped a couch on the side of 16 wait street in the vacant city lot (corner of Wait St and Pequot). Rats are crawling on it. |

There is a fallen tree and a LOT of trash dumped all over the parking lot, closer to the fence. My dad has called numerous times about this, and we would greatly appreciate it when it's cleaned up as soon as possible. |

Since residents of 4 Weld Ave put out trash whenever they want, it has now become a dumping ground. We have 2 black tires obstructing the flow of pedestrian traffic on the sidewalk. If this continues, we will see more items left behind at this location. Please address this issue before it becomes a problem. |
