    What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reports a long lasting issue with the vacant lot across from their address. Constituent states that the lot belongs to some utility company but they aren't completely sure which one, possibly Verizon. Constituent has made multiple calls to PWD Code Enforcement about the poor conditions of property on this lot over the past 2 years, regarding overgrown grass and trash dumped onto the lot, and rodents being attracted to it. Responses to this issue have differed in the past, with not much changing over time. They've just opened another case with Code Enforcement but wanted to see if ISD was a better place to make this report to.]

    Noted. Inspection found no rat activity or rat burrow holes on vacant lot no evidence of trash debris some weeds overgrown lot seems to he maintained I left a voice message and text messages to rech out to me waiting fir response back.

    This vacant lot is full of trash. People are constantly dumping trash and leaving cat food out. This needs to stop. There’s used to be a sign that stated Arcadia Property Management owned the lot but the sign is no longer there. |
