There is a den of rats living under the foundation or in the basement of 85 Fort Ave Boston 02119 in Fort Hill. The owner is aware but doesn’t want to do anything about it . It’s a rental property and the rats are always there.

Have seen several rats going through our backyard. They are coming from the yard to the right of us. Sometimes we see rats from the left yard but don’t know if they are going back. I have a Ring camera and can show the frequency and size. On Nov 4th we have 4 separate issues. We pay a monthly service and have 4 bait stations. Can I schedule an appointment for some assistance from the City. Thank you

I have seen several rats around the outside of my house and I'm concerned. Can someone come do an inspection please? I am wondering if the source of the issue might be my neighbor's bird feeder which is close to my house.

Unfortunately I don’t have any photos of the mice but yesterday when we visited Hong Kong Eatery at 4:59PM we saw a mice on the floor running around. There address is 79 Harrison Ave, Boston, MA 02111. This is health concern and I would hope someone inspects this restaurant.

The Dentist office at 97 Neponset Ave is not clearing out the rear yard it’s over grown and he is not storing refuse bags this has been an on going issue and every few years it results impact our residential home at 9 Thelma Rd. Unfortunately, it’s happened again we have rat activity and need the city’s assistance to have the dentist clean up his rear lot that abuts our property.
