There is definitely a rats nest under the front porch of 22 Saybrook St. Saw 3 hanging out front and all 3 went under the porch.

Rats are living at 53 Beech Glen St. They recently brought in an exterminator and now I've seen them going under my porch at night (51 Beech Glen). My trash barrels are intact, and we never put garbage out in plastic bags. Furthermore, we make use of composting so there is generally not food in our trash… But I am surrounded by student-filled apartments and their trash is often overflowing, which is where I see the most rat activity.
