Short term rental. Dude's been waiting outside 26 Mitchell St for the past half hour with an airline-taghed suitcase and a wad of printed papers. As a resident of the area, I haven't gotten any notices of short term rentals in the area.

I live at 33 - 39 Maverick square. It's an apartment building owned and operated by Grid Management company. I want to reach out about some of the issues with the living conditions of the building. 1. There has been a leak in the apartment above mine for about a month now. The water is coming through my walls and ceiling. I've reached out to the company many times and they wouldn't respond, then did respond saying they would show up to address the issue but never did. My roof and cabinets are moldy. #2 Fly infestation in the building. Giant black flies are coming from upstairs and they've done nothing about this. They fly into my apartment and I'm afraid of what kind of bacteria they carry. #3 We have no fire alarm in the building. I have 1 in my apartment but I should have 2. There isn't one in the common area. #4 The back yard area is overgrown and filled with trash. Rats are running wild through there. I'm not sure if there's anything that can be done or if y'all can come by and do an inspection and maybe they'll fix some stuff.

There is a short term rental business on 143 Brooks Street without an issued short term rental permit. Please investigate.
