Constituent states that there is only one enterance to her building, which has various household items piled up that makes it inaccessable for egress in the event of an emergency. I moved into my current place in February and there are things that I’ve told my landlord to do but he has been refusing. The windows don’t have a mtn window screens, the central air and heat don’t work. There’s a huge hole on the wall by my stairs where the furnace is. And now the fridge is not working anymore. And he knows all of these. The first time I brought I brought this issues to him, he brought someone to come asses the house to get a quote on how much he can sell the place for.
