Constituent is a 60 years old with a visual disability who reports ongoing fraudulent maintenance issues reported by her management company. Constituent reports on Saturday morning, maintenance came to her door saying there was a leak happening around her toilet, stating that the floor below her was getting wet. Constituent states no leakage was found anywhere in her bathroom and that this did not warrant an emergency entrance without any notification into her home. Constituent states similar issues have happened in the past with the management company trying to evict her by using fraudulent claims of emergency maintenance to enter her home without notification and cause issues for her living situation. Constituent states that maintenance then inspected the rest of her apt, found no issues, then opened up the ceiling in the hallway and states that the copper pipes were found sweating, but in no way enough to cause a leakage. Constituent then states maintenance set up an extremely loud industrial dehumidifier in the hallway and said that it would need to be kept on until Wednesday. Constituent reports a history of harassment in various forms by the management company and states she unplugged the machine rather than suffer further harassment.
