Hello, This building has been covered in graffiti and litter and in poor repair for over 7 years. The owners make no effort to secure the building or keep it in good repair. This building and these owners are perfect candidates for the city to slap these 'scofflaw' landlords with the new $2,000 fines available to ISD. City Realty does not care about a $15 ticket for uncleared snow or property in poor conditions, but when these fines were originally put in place, $15 was significant. Please ticket City Realty for 344 Cambridge Street in Allston. If they are ticketed daily for all of their violations, maybe they will fix the property they bought and blighted.

Please have appropriate department remove hate speech graffiti. It is located near corner of Lincoln st and Franklin st across from electrical sub station.
