Overflowing trash and recycle bins in Martin’s park and along Harborwalk. The walkway is closed but access from the Harborwalk is open. It’s been over a week since the bins have been emptied and it’s overflowing. Extra concern of trash blowing into the channel as the barrels along the Harborwalk are right there.

Waste cans are not closing throughout COMMONWEALTH AVENUE located on the GREEN LINE B BOSTON COLLEGE line in BRIGHTON,MA 02135.
