Broken Sidewalk
Const. States the sidewalk at the service location is cracked leading up to the driveway (not the driveway) due to a utility truck parking there and causing damage to the sidewalk. The constituent also states she has called numerous times and created multiple cases regarding the issue- but they continue to get closed by PWD stating it is the constituent’s responsibility, despite it not being her driveway and rather a part of the sidewalk. The constituent is requesting somebody come out as soon as possible and inspect the sidewalk as it is a safety hazard. | Cause of damage: [Other] Sidewalk material: [Concrete]

Broken Sidewalk
The gas company did work on Park Dr in front of 456 & 458 Park Dr many months ago that required tearing up two large sections of the sidewalk. At the time, I was told someone would be by ‘in a few weeks’ to pour new concrete sections. This has not happened. These patches create a significant tripping hazard for pedestrians.
