Constituent reports that the parking garage at 47 boylston is selling way more parking tickets than spaces available. Constituent states it is not valet parking yet the employees have been taking peoples keys so that they can over park vehicles, often multiple within fire lanes and parking spaces. Constituent states that the garage was so over capacity that it took them over 90 minutes to wait for the employees to move the vehicles blocking in the constituent's vehicle and drive out of the garage. Constituent states they think fake tickets are being given out at this Stanhope Garage location. Constituent reports handwritten tickets being given out to multiple vehicles in the lot as well as receiving one themselves. Overcapacity+Vehicle Blocked. Constituent states his daughter paid for parking that would last 1 hour and 30 minutes. Constituent returned 15 minutes early to move her car but the parking lot was so overfilled that it took 20 minutes for the single employee to get her car out of the lot. Constituent states that contractors have left a large hole in the parking lot.
