Overcapacity+Vehicle Blocked. Constituent states his daughter paid for parking that would last 1 hour and 30 minutes. Constituent returned 15 minutes early to move her car but the parking lot was so overfilled that it took 20 minutes for the single employee to get her car out of the lot. Constituent called in about Roanoke Rd becoming a one way as it was once a two way road on a private way. Constituent feels that notification should have gone out to the neighborhood. | Lot number on the posted sign: [No] Nature of the call: [Other]

Constituent states that contractors have left a large hole in the parking lot. Contsituent was just leaving the hospital and had a payment issue when leaving. Constituent stated that the employee was rushing them and holding them in the lot while they were trying to leave.
