Man on Farragut in black shirt, black hat and jeans is walking around the park and rink area with a bag of food and throwing large quantities on the ground to feed squirrels and pigeons. This also provides food for mice and rats and is attracting them. We have a large enough problem within this area with rats and mice as is. This needs to be monitored and stopped please. Please bait area.
