Tenants still using space savers and getting into altercations over parking spots after 2/23 snowstorm

2 cars parked AGAIN on the no parking side causing great difficulty to get by. This is a repeated pattern. Why does our street have to be inconvenienced because people won’t find a legal spot to park!! A fire truck would not be able to get by.

Hit the worse pothole on Rutherford Ave under the bridge and now I have 2 flats. Be careful
