Blocking driveway to construction building sign right on fence that need 24hr access please tow away have a delivery at 6am tomorrow car needs to be towed

Illegal side of street.

3rd street cleaning this car has been parked here! It’s got a towel for a window, New York stickers, a blown out tire. Haven’t seen anyone in it in over a month or 2 now.

This car is blocking my driveway and the car they have blocked in is used by my disabled father.

There are 2 manhole in front of 1366/1368 River Street, one of them is making this loud noise when cars drive on it I think is the one closest to the yellow line , it's so loud that it disturbed your sleep. This issue started recently after Verizon was doing some work and opened up the manhole. It's there a way someone can check it and see if something can be done to fix this issue. Thank you

Business next door ( Body shop ) lights are super bright. Disturbing at night by shinning directly into my windows. Can something be done like make them install light shades to direct light. Or shutting off lights after business is closed. These lights shine threw my windows 24/7 but disturbs at night the most. These pictures are at 11:13pm. Business closed but light brighting up whole side of building. Despite having blackout curtains the light still shows through into my bedroom and keeps me up at night. This is the 2nd time I’ve posted about this disturbance/light pollution and yet it continues to be on every night. I don’t understand how this type of light is allowed on a residential street pointing at windows.
