Food app delivery drivers always loitering, leaving trash, blasting music, and blocking entryways and parking spots without paying meters

Trash truck refusal Yellow Mach Trash truck # 279 in the front. Two gentleman 1 very short. 1 tall small gentleman revés removed trash from one of the bins and then there was trash left over in the bottom. I asked them both to see if they can put the trash bin on the garbage truck to empty it to remove all debris from the bottom, the taller guy told me he didn’t didn’t speak English so I responded in Spanish since I know they both are South American Caribbean with their accents. I said oh well that needs to empty out the rest of the garbage. He told me that I needed to put more garbage in to do it myself. I said can you please remove everything from from inside the trash barrell he said you need to remove the shit in Spanish. That’s all Mida. You need to do it yourself. He basically took off and then took off I was not aware that this guy was the driver until I went over to Granfield and took a picture of the truck. The guy started just laughing and basically said that I needed to empty my own trash barrel. My biggest concern is retaliation with this gentleman. They didn’t seem to care how they put the garbage in to throw trash around and leaving trash all over theplace. I understand that this is a heavy lifting job but at the same time if they are working for the city or contracted by the city, they should at least be pleasant to the neighbors. I’m hoping that my 85-year-old mother does not encounter this gentleman because he was definitely very aggressively, rude I called Waste at 855-533-3400 to complain and they said that the supervisor is actually the one driving the truck so not sure if that’s what I expected correctly. my biggest concern is if this gentleman continues to be out in the street is retaliation for not picking up our trash in the future.
