When we talk about federal institution. We talk about corruption. Like as a main course. We're always facing against corruption in this day and age. The means in fighting corruption are simply put as hygiene. Brushing our teeth and gums thoroughly, flossing, and even the roof of our mouth targets where corruption can begin to take place. We don't have to stop there. Hygiene is a major key to encourage. So we can build a cleaner community at a more affordable price.

Flickering street lamp. The lamp is dark on one side for the businesses and that needs to stay the same. Please just stop the flickering

We need to offer actual bins for residents so every trash day isn’t an absolute mess! You’re making more work for city employees. Other cities have figured out it’s better to have these communal bins around that residents can separate and rats and seagulls aren’t ripping open bags!

Compost has not been picked up in three weeks on Jenkins St… the whole street. We comply with rules and always put it out. Looking for explanation as to why the wonderful service stopped. Thank you.

Broken Gutters. Piano Craft Gallery has had 2 broken gutters for over a year. During rain/ snowmelt periods they make the sidewalks impassable as water streams down onto sidewalk from 5 stories up.

School bus and a truck blocking bike lane, chronic issue, bus driver claims to be related to someone in BTD and has not been ticketed for it. A dead tree was recently removed in spring 2026 (thank you!) from the corner of Pelton and Allenwood (west Roxbury, 02132). The tree roots had lifted up the sidewalk and this sidewalk is a real hazard, especially for elderly pedestrians, walkers of all ages, and baby strollers, especially in icy winter conditions. Please come and replace the sidewalk and plant a new tree (red bud, if possible).

There is red paint on the cobbler stones underneath and around the bench in the Boston public Garden on the opposite side of the Lagoon across from the Swan Boats launch
