Rat seen running across Fresno Street in front of 22-24 Fresno St at about 9pm .

I saw a rat in the McDonalds at 146 Tremont street across from the Common. The rat was in the food prep area of the restaurant, visible from the counter. This happened July 22 around 6:30pm.

I'd like to report a health and safety hazard at 80 Fenwood Road, Boston, MA 02115 (The Mosaic on the Riverway). The resident, Ken, in Unit 303 has a severe odor problem that has prompted numerous resident complaints and has been documented by building management as a health hazard, to the point that the resident was barred from using common-area furniture. There has been a court order for the resident to be out of the building by June 1st and the resident still remains. Trinity Management who manages the rentals on floors 2-5 and the Darthmouth Group who manages the condos on floors 6-10 have not done anything to enforce this either. Despite this, no remediation has occurred. I'm requesting an inspection of the unit and common areas along with follow up with the court order and eviction of the health hazard resident.
