Water from the smith playground water feature does not properly drain and floods into the field, creating mud and puddles which could allow mosquitos to breed. Please fix, it would only require a small channel!

My son was aggressively chased by an unleashed dog. An older woman had 4 unleashed dogs on the upper level of Millennium. My son was playing with his sisters and the dog chased him and growled at him. He cried and I yelled at the woman for not leashing her dogs. The woman left quickly after I confronted her, leashing only one of the dogs in question. I’ve seen an increasing amount of unleashed dogs at Millennium. Something beyond just signage needs to be done to curb this or there will be an incident here. The woman was probably around 60, between 5’ and 5’6”. She had two black dogs and one that looked a little more like a terrier. This happened around 6:30 on July 28. I didn’t think to get a picture of the woman, her dogs, or her vehicle.

Vehicle parked in resident permit. The sign clearly states “East Boston Permit Parking – 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM.” This vehicle has New Hampshire plates and has been occupying a resident parking space for the second consecutive night during permit hours, preventing residents from using the parking that is reserved for them. Please send Parking Enforcement to verify the permit and tow the vehicle if it is in violation. Thank you!
