Large tree branch down on right side of church

The tree branches outside our condo are scraping against the siding/paint of our condo, particularly on the 2nd floor. Can someone come and cut back the branches please? There is a windstorm and it’s abrasively scraping the front of our building, at 364 Bunker Hill Street in Charlestown.

Const. states there are several ongoing issues in the basement apartment. Const. states the ceiling in the bathroom is cracking and looks like it is going to fall. The washing machine was broken for over a month and her case worker had to get involved because she did not want to send her kids to school with diry clothes. The case worker called management and the machine was fixed in two days. Const. states there are constant plumbing and sewage issues and sometimes the shower is unusable. The floor is bulging up and management just covered it with a little piece of carpet and did nothing else. Requesting inspection.
