Rodent Activity - in the alley between St. Mary’s St. and Keswick, south of Beacon Street there is high rat activity (2 - 3 at a time) noted for the last couple of weeks in the evening. Many garbage cans are left out, overflowing and are not always emptied by the garbage removal firm and this may be the draw.

The house at 21 Starr Lane in JP has been empty for 6 months. It's for sale. Neglected by owner, weeds getting very high, makes neighbors feel it's becoming a home to vermin and an attractive target for certain people. Please insist owner address landscaping issues and maintain the property properly. Thank you.
