Illegally parked car in bike lane

Constituent reports that a commercial box truck is repeatedly parking overnight on Castleton St, often in front of 28 Castleton, but consistently on that same block. Constituent states that the commercial vehicle likely doesn't have a permit to use that street for parking. 4/29 8 pm: I just witnessed a car's tire explode while taking a left turn onto Chestnut Hill Ave from Beacon Street by Cleavend Circle due to a pothole adjacent to the T's rail. I live in the area and drive that turn frequently; these potholes are unsafe and damaging to residents' properties. Prior to this car's unfortunate event, a car had hit the same pothole with an audible noise due to its depth.

Request for a new 65 gallon recycling bin as someone walked off with ours. We are a 3 unit HOA & only have 1. We should have 3 so if you're able to send 2 that would be awesome. Thank you!

"Unit #305 tenants Bruce Irving and a femaile resident continue to allow dogs to drop hard toys and balls on hardwood floors above my unit daily. This evening April 30 at 7:35 PM ongoing loud impact noise above my bedroom. Animal Control Case BCS-00199287 is open and warnings have been issued but behavior continues. Additionally female tenant is walking throughout entire apartment in hard heeled shoes at 7:35 PM — audible from bedroom through to front of unit. Property Manager Erica Tobias and Regional Manager Shannon Earley of Princeton Properties have been informed repeatedly and continue to take no action. Active Housing Court case Docket No. 26H84CV000170."

Street permit is until 5pm , it’s 8 and they’re still have the street blocked and open

Yard waste bags were not picked up on scheduled day. They were set out the night before for pickup on 4/28/26 (normal trash pickup day) as per yard waste pickup schedule but were never picked up.

Request to Extend Resident Only Parking or Hours / Resident Parking Review – London St (Meridian St to Decatur St), East Boston Hello, I am requesting that Boston Transportation Department (BTD) review the resident parking restrictions on London Street between Meridian Street and Decatur Street in East Boston. The current resident parking enforcement ending at 6:00 PM is no longer effective due to heavy evening and late-night parking demand from nearby restaurants and businesses (including Gigu and La Hacienda), also daily church services 7 days a week, and parking from nearby health center nurses and staff. There is also a planned sports bar expected to operate until 2:00 AM, at current Dollar store On Meridian st an abutter to London st which will further increase late-night non-resident parking. Residents are frequently unable to park near their homes after 6 PM. I am requesting that BTD consider extending resident parking enforcement hours to at least 10:00 PM or later, and/or converting this block to stricter Resident Permit Parking. Please schedule a site review and advise on the steps required for approval. Thank you.

Two street cleaning signs on Garden St in Beacon Hill appear to have the wrong day of the week! Check both signs on lower Garden St between Phillips St and Cambridge St. Sign in pic is in front of 1 Garden St and says WEDNESDAY 1st 3rd and 5th. This has always been a MONDAY street but it seems as though someone put Wednesday stickers over 2 of the signs on the lower part of the street. The next block up on the same side still shows Monday. What is going on here?

Continued loud noise (jackhammer) by contractor Crown Castle NG East LLC for the last two days continuing until 1am, which their night permit EXCA-1841398 explicitly forbids. See attached picture stipulating no loud noise after 11pm. Please check that tonight and remaining 2 weeks this is actually honored.
