ILLEGALLY PARKED CAR - POSTED “2 HOUR PARKING.” This Chevrolet Traverse, Tennessee Registration B0H 1132, has been parked in the East Boston Memorial Park for 8 consecutive days. How can the Boston Transportation Department not have issued this vehicle 1 ticket in 8 days? The posted signage says “2 Hour Parking.” The means this vehicle should have been ticketed 96 times, the vehicle was not ticketed once. Is someone paying-off someone at the BTD or are they grossly negligent? Why was the vehicle not towed? I wonder if there is someone dead in the abandoned vehicle?
