5 Manton Ter a rat chewed its way into a barrel and died 3 weeks ago. The tenants put out the trash barrel two weeks in a row and the trash collection people didn't empty the rat out of the barrel. It's the black barrel number 1. There's a Catch-22 here I'm sorry we need to ask that the rat collection team go into a trash barrel and get rid of a dead rat body because there's trash on top of the rat's body at this point. It smelled so bad they didn't take it out for trash pick up yesterday unfortunately. Generic Photo provided because I have to put a photo but I don't have a picture of that barrel.
