Construction across the street on Cambridge street. They are operating a digger and continue to back it up repeatedly causing the back up alarm to go off every few minutes. It’s after 1 am at this point

Mattress was not picked up - policy for the city handling its own mistake is wildly inadequate. I reported a missed pickup and was told it would be picked up later that evening. I went out of town and reported that it had not been picked up as soon as I returned to find that it was still present. I shouldn’t have to report a missed pickup at all - the city should be aware when it fails to do what it has said it will do. When I reached out about this, I was told I need to report the missed pickup within 24 hours. 1. I was out of town and 2. I shouldn’t have to deal with the city’s failure to do its job property. Once I scheduled the pickup and put the mattress out, my part of the job was done, and it’s on the city to do their part correctly.

Trash out illegally

I’ve first reported this on 1/26 and then again on 4/11 with the same vehicle. This is on Crowley Rogers in South Boston between the Condon School and Laboure Center. 311 keeps closing the case saying the car is not there. It’s been 5 + months of being abandoned

Restore the wall of flexposts. This didn't happen nearly as often or ever when they were there. You're putting people in danger. Why are the unionized planners and engineers not standing up against the mayor's removal of safety devices?

Residential Garbage out illegally. Address found within bag. Found 1/2 way down Public Alley 434 between Dartmouth and Exeter behind Building 169 Newbury Street, a couple blocks away from trash owner.
