Family of rats spotted in public trash bin

Trash barrels along right side of house are not closed properly and are full. Now rats are running in and out of the barrels

Loose trash on front lawn

Since these BC idiots do not place their trash out for pickup. Their trash is now piled up on top of the full trash barrels and the trash barrels are not closed properly

2 rats running between the street (E Springfield) and the garden area in front of 56.

3 rats seen running around the alley behind El barrio. The restaurant is on Harrison Ave but this is the area directly behind. In the 1st picture you can see a rat coming out of the trash bag, in the 2nd a different one is just playing in the gravel.

It is bullshit that you have allowed this car to park here all weekend in 2 hour
