Car parked illegally in handicap parking spot for weeks.

Near the Whole Foods on Washington St in Brighton, there is some sort of construction going on where there is the sound of a truck’s back-up alerting beep. It goes off all night long. I have noted it happening as late as 1 AM yesterday, Friday 7/24, as well as right now at 1:45 AM, Saturday 7/25. All of my neighbors and I cannot sleep as it is extremely disruptive.

Car is blocking my driveway and I can't get out.

Rats 7 or 8 of them scurrying around at 8pm on Friday 7/24.

Illegal dumping on empty lot. Been calling Winn management to take care of empty lot. People dump all their trash on the lot. Lot is located on Howard ave behind 166 Quincy street. Across from 208 Howard ave. Not sure of correct address. Overgrown trees and rats running rapid. I believe 166 Howard ave have been dumping their trash from their gambling parties every night.

4 double parked cars for at least an hour now in front of my house and neighbor blasting music and i can’t sleep

After hours construction. No after hours construction permit posted. Loud truck reversing up and down the street for almost an hour, almost hitting parked cars in the dark.

Heavy construction equipment at this construction site has collapsed the sidewalk earlier this week. All the construction company has done is put cones around it. Who is responsible for fixing it?
