Problem at 232 Public Alley 426 - Ever since paving work was performed in Public Alley 426, our parking area becomes flooded even with minimal rain because the water from the actual alleyway just rushes down the slope into our parking area because there is not much difference in height now between the street and the parking area. As a result, water just flows down from the Alley into our parking area, instead of to the drain
