We were away from home since January 26, during this period all the snow from street cleaning was pushed in front of our driveway - we can’t get out of our garage. We would like to fraquear the city to clear the snow in the street blocking our driveway 17 Zamora St

This is an ongoing issue. The sidewalk in front of this property continues to not be shoveled by the property owner/landlord. Snow and ice remain more than 24 hours after snowfall ended, and conditions have not been addressed. This creates a persistent hazardous condition, particularly for elderly residents and pedestrians with limited mobility who rely on this sidewalk for safe and accessible passage.

Abandon cars been parked here for weeks

Sidewalk not shoveled

Multiple weeks after the big storm, the sidewalk is still not shoveled. Kids are still walking in the street to get to the bus. Stop to wait for the MBTA.
