Recycling receptacle behind 25 Peterborough appears to contain both trash and recycling. Is this a result of improper sorting / enforcement? Or will it be sorted at facility?

Parking lot located behind businesses at 1212-1222 Commonwealth Ave Boston,Ma 02134. I witnessed an employee dumping liquid from the mop bucket into the drain and also noticed grease residue on the drain cover which has built up on the cover as well as into the drain and appears to be grease from the grease trap or grease from the pans from cooked off food.I had to park near the drain and could smell the stinge of grease that was in the air onto the car and clothes as well as reaching the tenants open windows a real public hazard.The grease before it rained on the 4 th looked as if it had turned into a solid state of mass from debris as well as the grease being constantly dumped into the drain of the parking lot which is for rain water.The dumpster is insufficient being shared by the Chinese restaurant and all the tenants of that side of the building.I noticed tenants having to walk over glass and grease as well as other debris some with flip flops possibly getting cuts on their feet not to mention the filth the drag back into their apartment.There are two cars in the corner one which always sit with two flat tires and have no idea if it is registered.The grease recoverytanks are also covered and seeping grease onto the pavement where tenants pass through to throw away their trash.I can be reached at 1-617-366-5674 24/7 for the City of Boston if I am needed.
