Parked in front of pedestrian handicap ramp.

This is follow up the my earlier calls last night and this morning, regarding jackhammering (3 of them) being used at 11pm last night. Horribly loud and disturbing. I have received an email with this: "Your service request for the Inspectional Services Department, opened on 6/5/26 at 12:56 PM, is case number 101006688790." I am attaching pictures here to go with that report.
