Not illegal parking per se, but outside my office building there is a suspicious van parked and the occupants of that van, sans the driver, have circled the block multiple times and repeatedly stopped by the van multiple times only to continue doing the same. License plate # is C358707 and it is a silver Ford van with a 2 sticker on the driver’s side door parked on the corner of High Street and Federal Street for multiple hours now with the driver visibly trying to avoid being seen.

Capitol waste mishandling trash cans and damaging vehicles slams all onto vehicle 4 different times. I’ve got so many marks on my vehicle and was wondering where they came from. Also ruined one of my 150 barrels by throwing it earlier in the year fuck this shit somebody better do something about this. My vehicle has been hit and run 3 times in the last year while parked I don’t need city workers being negligent.
