Over grown bushes from property line blocking sidewalk also handicap all people with disabilities can’t get by house is located on Boardman street

We have permit # R46035 (Rose Frank, Customer 9791, Sidekicks/EMWSL Soccer) for the soccer field at Reservation Road Park in Hyde Park from 8pm to 10pm on Mondays on Wednesdays. On Wednesday 6/24/26, it was getting dark, and the lights weren't on. I called 311 and 15 minutes later the lights still weren't on. I called again, and the lights went on roughly 5 to 10 minutes later. On Monday, 6/29/26, again the lights weren't on. 311 was called, we were told they would go on, but they never did. I am not sure what the issue is, but going forward I would like to insure that the lights go on by the time it starts getting dark on our permit nights. PS: We have already paid the fee for the lights. Thank you, Herbie

Idk what is being/can be done but this area of the south end is swarming with rats. This is as bad as I have ever seen. Only took like 2 minutes of standing here before I got a good snapshot of this guy coming out of the storm grate.
