Reported this morning & BTD still hasn't enforced. This vehicle has far exceeded it's 2 hour resident parking privilege.

The rat problem began in early spring and has steadily worsened. I believe the rats are coming into my backyard from a neighboring property. I have been trying several methods to address the issue on my own, but the situation has become overwhelming. For the past few weeks, I have been catching approximately 2–3 rats every day. The infestation has reached a point where I no longer feel safe or comfortable using my own backyard. I am requesting assistance in investigating and addressing this issue before it continues to escalate. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

DCR has never cared about the safety of their Boston properties, but this car is deep in the Malibu Beach Park on the grass nowhere near an entrance.

Trash buildup on pedestrian walkway

Unkept trash chutes. Frequently has odors, roaches that migrate into my unit and people dump loose trash that are not in bags. These chutes are covered in grease and grime and never thoroughly cleaned.
