EAST BOSTON A WHITE 2DOOR VOLKSWAGEN THAT HAS BEEN PARKED FOR OVER 4 MONTHS AT THE ADDRESS 80 LEYDEN STREET IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE PARKED ON THE STREET THE PERSON THAT OWNS THIS CAR LIVES 75 LEYDEN STREET AND HAS THE AGREEMENT SAYS WHEN THE 6 UNITS HOUSE THAT WAS BUILT THERES A GARAGE UNDER THE HOUSE FOR THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE AND CAN ONLY PARK THERE OR IN THE BACK YOARD THIS PERSON IS NOT FOLLOWING RULES AND TYE VIC MUST BE TICKETED ASAP ALSO THE LAND LOARD HAS SPOKEN TO THE PERSON THAT OWNER OF THE VIC WHICH THE TENANT BUT IS NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES THE TENANT HAS TO PARK THE CAR UNDERNEATH THE HOUSE, GARAGE OR BACKYARD NOT ON STREET OF LAYDEN STREET. THAT’S THE WAY IT WAS WRITTEN UP IN THE AGREEMENT WHEN THEY BUILT 75 LAYDEN ST. AND NOW THEY’RE ABUSING IT PLEASE ENFORCE THANK YOU. THIS IS AN ONGOING ISSUE THAT HAS TO BE WATCHED.

Road work signage left for 2 months. At an MBTA stop. No more construction or roadwork in the area. Please remove trash

June 24, 2026 – 11:02 PM This is an update to my previous two 311 reports submitted within the last 40 minutes regarding ongoing public safety concerns outside Alex Pizza, located at 1252 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02118. As of 11:02 PM, no police vehicle has been dispatched or observed despite the continued hazardous conditions. The situation has become even worse. There are now seven vehicles illegally parked, with cars not only blocking the bus and bike lanes but also Washington Street itself. As shown in the attached photographs, these illegally parked vehicles are forcing bicyclists, MBTA buses, and now passenger vehicles to cross into oncoming traffic in order to get around the obstruction. This creates an immediate and escalating public safety hazard
