Multiple rat sightings during all hours of the day. Running to and from the dumpsters in the back alleyways. The adjacent neighborhood is filled with families, a school and playground. This is unsanitary and should be addressed immediately.

Donna McIssac, whom I just discovered doesn’t even own her own property has been illegally using my trash and recycling cans for years. Even has walked onto my property several times to throw out her dog poop, dump trash and recycling. Under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 270, Section 16, dumping trash, debris, waste oil, or hazardous materials on public or private property without permission is strictly prohibited. She’s been doing this for years and yesterday when I approached her she refused to get off my property even after I called 911.
