People are following the delivery trucks down east cottage st. & around the Savin hill area stealing the packages as soon as they place them out. My neighbors told me they gather them up then open them up in between the houses on our street, around here, or sometimes in the park. One neighbor confronted one and at first refused to give it back, but finally agreed. I’m told that some of them are desperate homeless teenagers. Please alert the social services people/ the police to be aware of this. They need help and get the services they need. I see lots of reports on Facebook of people stealing packages all throughout Columbia/Savin hill. They need to place more police cars around & patrol during the day.
