Second time noise disturbance from trash pickup. First time 3:30am and now 4:17am. It doesn’t matter if I have 2 fans blasting, white noise on my phone and ear plugs. The decibels exceed what the standard noise for trash pickup is and the timing of pick up

As a Beacon Hill resident, I don’t think it’s normal to be awoken at 3:30 AM in the morning for a trash pick up, which is not even permitted as early as those hours unless it’s private commercial. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that residents have to deal with this constantly. By the way, I would double check on the decibels because the sound is so loud it reminded me of being in a football stadium.
