Loose trash in bushes to the right of door on the Radnor Rd side of house

Nuisance property. 30-40 people party. Cops called. Loud verbal altercation. Loud music.

The parking spots at 118 South Street are marked as “reserved for carshare vehicles” for Getaround (see picture attached below). The company has stopped operating in Boston and the US altogether since early 2025 and no car sharing vehicles are ever parked here because of this fact. The weblink on the sign also doesn’t lead anywhere. Can these spots be opened up for metered parking again?

I am requesting a speed study, and traffic-calming evaluations for Neponset Valley Parkway. The amount of high speed cars that happen nightly with large engine sound and some racing has become a pattern. It is unsafe for our homes and our neighbors.
