Illegal graffiti

I'm going to continue to file complaints about 28 swan ave in east boston because the company that is building these condos across from my home has absolutely no respect for our street that we live on. The property looks like a bomb went off and there is trash and construction debris everywhere and the loose trash continously blows all over the street and into neighboring yards something needs to be done about this situation and they need to be heavily fined!
