Trash left on the side walk due to bags broken into before trash pick up. Aren't buildings responsible for picking up the trash in front of the building? Please ticket.

The trash is being left out in bags between 2 carol avenue and 4 carol avenue in Brighton.

I sent a video of multiple rats running around 24 Everdean Street to the inspector. He came out at at 5:30am looked around with a flashlight, took a couple of pictures. He said property was well maintained. The video of multiple rats was viewed by him🙄

Mold infested bus ??? Immediately coughing & bad smell !! The vents are covered in black powder & the lights !!! So not good :(

Loose trash around dumpster and trash storage area CVS

Trash is piled up all over this yard from the construction project that has no Dumpster. More than 1 yard of construction waste is strewn throughout the property which glows into the street and onto neighboring property. This has been reported to 311 over 20 times and while they have been cited a handful of times they are typically just given a talking to. Why they receive special treatment for being such bad neighbors I cannot tell, but big companies shouldn’t be treated differently than individuals who are repeatedly cited for much more minor violations. New lies allow fines up to $1000. I believe, why don’t we get this money into the cities’s golfers instead of letting these inconsiderate developers keep it at the expense of the neighbors?

430 Meridian street which has a driveway on west eagle street continually blocks the sidewalk by having a car blocking the driveway and 4 cars in a driveway designed for 2. Requiring strollers and wheelchairs to have to go onto the street. BPD NEEDS to enforce this for pedestrian safety
