At 2 Kinsale there are contractors erecting a fence and working past 6 PM. Last night (4/28) they ended stopped working at 8 PM. I also called ISD to check on a permit which they couldn't find for the address. Please stop this illegal work.

our curb side yard waste was not picked up on our trash day April 27.

The gravel that the parks dept put in two weeks ago to replace the stump path has created a huge and ever-growing dusty mess. It’s making the neighboring areas of the playground slippery with dust; we watched 4 kids in a row slip and fall at its edges yesterday in the span of 5 minutes. Could the area instead be refilled with wood chips like the rest of the open areas in the playground, or have the original stump path reinstalled? At the very least, can the city please leave a broom in the green shed so that park goers can clean the area up for the kids every so often?

Cut Pole that is still a few inches high. When the sidewalks are busy it is very easy to trip and possibly fall by hitting this on the foot. Is there a way to shave this down to the pavement or put something taller to help people avoid it.

Hello. I am writing to request that “No Parking” signs be installed to make it clear that it is illegal to park where there is a long-standing curb cut for the garage for my apartment. I live on the corner of Boston St. and Rawson St. and my garage is on Rawson St. Several days a week, over the last few years, various cars have been parked in front of my garage (past the curb cut) so that my car was blocked inside. (Attached, please find photos of recent examples of this.) Due to the small dead end side street, the street is so narrow that if cars park past the curb cut out, I am not able to get in or out of my garage. I already placed polite letters on the cars explaining that I cannot get in or out of my garage when they are parked past the curb cut out. This clearly did not help. The last few times I called the police about this, they told me that I needed to meet the police officer or they could not do anything about the vehicle being parked there. That can take anywhere from 45 min to 2 hours depending how “busy” they are. Rather than tow or ticket the vehicles, they ran the plate and contacted the vehicle owners to ask them to move their vehicles. The police told me that they cannot ticket or tow the vehicles because it is not posted as a “No Parking” zone. Needless to say, this is a very frustrating situation the has led to me needing to take an Uber to work when my car is blocked in. Thus, I am writing to request that “No Parking” signs be posted there. Please let me know what the process is for this.
