44 Montgomery Street looks abandoned and there has been no work on it for a year or more. There are several rat burroughs on the side walk, trash and work debris in front of the building. The scaffolding is still up in the back for over 2 years and there are visible areas in the back for rats to live. This building was sold in Jan 2024 and construction has been on and off since then. Please advise.
