Dump container is always too full and lid open and full of rats. Even though it’s only the night before collection, it’s clear one container is not enough for the whole building and it’s bothering pedestrians that need to deal with rats and other animals. They need more containers and close the lid.

This property continues to cause the rat infestation in our neighborhood and as much as it seems that $25 and $50 fines are the only way to penalize it is not working after months and months of reporting this. Trash is everywhere, every single day. And it isn’t being addressed by the property owners.

The rest are inside the doorway. They are psi clients. There is also a dangerous metal pole that one of them dragged over and is leaning in a cornerof the building.
