  • Rodent Activity

19 Pasadena Rd, Dorchester, Ma, 02121

Once again I am reporting a major rodent problem on Pasadena Road which has been caused by the ongoing development project at 19 Pasadena Road by McPherson Development, who despite working on this project for more than 10 months (see earlier complaints: #101006294195) has refused to make any efforts for rodent remediation. The ongoing work—including this week’s excavation, which has stirred up a literal rat’s nest (two dead in our DRIVEWAY this morning due to the poison we have our own exterminator coming to place around our home monthly). It is a major public health issue and truly no one cares. City inspectors came out and did nothing—why isn’t developer obligated to maintain pest control on the premises?! There is a major problem in this neighborhood and we are tired of it! The city’s inspectional services needs to actually hold developers and other property owners who don’t properly contain their trash accountable. Please help!!! We are paying our own exterminator 2x month just to keep this issue at bay and it is not from us! We have had enough—if this was in another neighborhood, no one would get away with this

  • Construction Debris

61 Lexington St, Boston, MA 02128

(Update my my case has now been closed , I was sent a case number but no explanation how to locate it as I have gone to the ISD website but am not able to locate where I can find the status,) I have also emailed the person who is the face and head of the construction, they emailed back with another person who is apart of the build , I did respond back this morning but I have not heard back. I have noticed they were at the site from there pictures that have been posted Instagram but no word back attached or photo unfortunately I can’t attach pictures.) “July 7th 2025 I would like to report flooding concerns at 61 Lexington Street. My home is directly next to the construction site where a former parking lot is being developed ( 55 Lexington street will be the address for the build when done ) I has lived there for 24 years but my family has lived there longer then 26plus and we have never had water enter our basement when it was just simply a parking lot, until construction began During yesterday rain, our basement flooded, and we observed significant standing water along the side of the construction site adjacent to our property. We have also noticed damage to the concrete on our side since construction started. We are concerned that the construction may have altered the drainage or water flow, causing water to be directed toward our property. We respectfully request that the City inspect the site and determine whether the construction is contributing to the flooding and any resulting property damage. I have attached pictures but I wish I was able to add the videos. Thank you for your assistance city of Boston”
