Noise Log Entry Date: 3/21/26 Time(s):3:41am 12:19 AM – Occupants in upstairs unit returned home, causing noise (footsteps, movement, activity) that woke me from sleep 3:41 AM – Dog barking from upstairs unit Issue: Ongoing noise disturbance disrupting sleep Details: I was awakened at approximately 12:19 AM when the upstairs occupants returned home and began moving around, creating noticeable noise. I have been unable to return to sleep since that time. At approximately 3:41 AM, the dog in the upstairs unit began barking, further disrupting my ability to rest. This is part of an ongoing pattern of nighttime and early morning disturbances that are affecting my sleep and overall well-being.

Trash barrels left out on Greycliff Rd side of house

There’s always parties going on at 198 poplar st in Roslindale after the quiet hours! Apparently they have and Airbnb in a residential area and don’t care about their neighbors. I have called the police too may times and nothing seems to resolve the issue. This people always wait after 10 pm to start their parties it doesn’t not seem right to people that needs to wake up the next morning to go to work.

I am reporting a vehicle I observed operating on a public roadway in Boston at 12:00 PM today, March 20, 2026. The vehicle was a silver Toyota Avalon displaying one of the old Green/White Massachusetts license plates that appeared heavily worn and possibly altered or obscured, making it difficult to read. The plate also displayed an expiration sticker indicating 2020. I later checked the plate through the Massachusetts RMV and found that the registration appears to be expired (since 2020) and the vehicle shows no active insurance. I observed the vehicle merging from 93 S Leverett Connector exit onto Storrow Drive and it was actively being driven in traffic. I have attached a photo of the vehicle taken at the time. I am submitting this for awareness and appropriate follow-up, as the condition of the plate and lack of registration/insurance may present a public safety concern. I prefer to remain anonymous.
