Trash being dumped on empty lot. I believe Winn management owns empty lot. Every time I put a request in it gets closed because some how they can’t figure out the correct address. Google map shows 195-197 Howard ave. Overgrown trees and branches causing rats and wild animals. No kind of gate to prevent people from dumping trash and parking in there. Please do not close this ticket because the same trash bags are sitting there from a month ago. My last ticket was closed because city could not find an address for lot. The city should clean it up then. This app will not let me put in the empty lot address so I’m putting property address next to it. Same owners for both properties. Lot is located adjacent to 193 Howard ave and across the street from 210 Howard Ave.
