Recycling not picked up last two trash days. Not sure who is moving the bin but it has been placed out on the curb the day before, for 48 hours as advised, and gets moved around the public alleyway 442 but not picked back up.

March 10, 2026 – Upstairs Dog and Noise Disturbances Approximately 2:00 PM – 2:10 PM Dog in the upstairs apartment barking continuously while inside a crate. The crate repeatedly hit or banged against the floor, producing loud thumping sounds inside my apartment. Evidence: Approximately 5-minute video recording saved. 2:53 PM Loud stomping and heavy walking sounds coming from the upstairs apartment shortly after the dog barking incident. Noise carried strongly through the ceiling into my unit.

It is impossible to walk by with a stroller or bicycle on the sidewalk, which is unfortunate because Hobart Park is on the same block.
