There is a serious and recurring rat problem around 2 Carol Ave. Large amounts of trash are being left outside without adequate containers, and the exposed waste is attracting numerous rodents. I have seen several rats around the garbage and have noticed that this has become a recurring problem. The area is also frequently left dirty after trash pickup, with waste remaining on the street. I am asking the city to inspect the property and determine what action can be taken. This situation is just unsanitary, is affecting the surrounding neighborhood and should be addressed before the infestation becomes even more severe.

I just saw about 10 rats coming out of 2 Carol Ave, Brighton, 02135. They left all their trash outside. No container or anything. 2 of the rats had clear skin issues. The building seem to be in very bad shape and smells terrible. Please inspect it as soon as possible. There are kids living in the building and having all these rats around them is a public health issue and should be a priority for the city
