Three parking limit signs missing from the cross street lot in the Northend. They were knocked down during the winter time by snow plows and never replaced. There were two on the front left and one on the front right by the installed metal barrier poles.

Going into day 2 commercial truck parked in “tow zone” blocking fire hydrant. Very difficult entering/exiting Duncan Place (truck parked past corner)

Overgrown bushes extending to sidewalk making passing difficult. Dead trees, brush home to rodents!

There is a discarded needle located in a parking spot on Newland Place, which is the alley between W Concord St and Rutland St. The needle is located directly behind 70 Rutland St, in the left most parking spot, behind my white Nissan Sentra. It is up against the brown fence.
