Trash not picked up this am despite getting placed out last night

Friday 9/25/26 1:00pm Rear of 87 Pembroke St. Construction debris not secured or taken inside prior to storm. AND large holes excavated on alley covered with metal plates and no infill, which could cave in due to the rain expected tomorrow and Sunday. Expect an inspector to go there this afternoon to confirm that all is safe. Thank you
