Neighbors have weeds and lots of rat activity. We live at 34 chestnut ave and have had pest control on our every 2 weeks for the 2 months due to rats burrowing around our building, and the pest experts believe that they are spilling onto our property from our neighbors at 32 chestnut ave due to the excess garbage and overgrown weeds on their property. We would love if they could keep their barrels tidy (ideally replace ones with holes) and cut back the overgrowth that abuts our property. Thank you!

Did a patch job June 2018. It’s been 6 years without replacement. Took tree last year .
