There is a high pitched alarm going off every morning for several hours somewhere in the Monument area of Charlestown (usually starting around 5am and continuing until 8am or a little later). The sound echos so it is hard to pinpoint where it i. It can be heard from High Street to between Bartlett and Bunker Hill and between the Monument and School Street. 6:52 am and Bruce Irving's dog's are dropping hard objects on the floor waking me out of my sleep. The Animal Control officer Micheal Stern Badge #107 that came and old me to record it but it is so sporadic there is no way for me to record it. I am asking for this to be resolved. It has been going on for far to long with no resolution. The property will not comply and I am on active litigation with them. There has to be a way to get him and his resident to comply with the noise ordinance in the city. A person shpuld not have the power to make someone else’s life difficult when there are laws and ordinances in place to protect them. I have already been in touch with the State Senator an State Representative for the Brighton area.
