Hi, we have had a problem for several weeks of commercial vehicles that park in our commercial loading zone for 6 to 8 hours, when the zone allows for 30 minutes. When I spoke with a person in parking enforcement today after calling 311, he said that they had heard something about conflicting signs. I am just sending you the signs in question that mark the area the vans are parked in. I don't see any conflict, but I wanted to share. Thank you.

Someone literally improperly disposed of their mattress in the street/sidewalk. It is in front of 36 Quint Ave in Allston and has been here for days.

Constituent states there is a nest under kitchen sink. Wall is abutting it to vacant unit. Reached out to landlord Wednesday morning and never got a call back. Noticed insects in the bed last night, which appear to be rodent mites. These mites have taken over the whole unit, not just in the bed. Have been trying to reach landlord again since 7:30pm last night and have not gotten any contact back.
