Corner of Thacher Street and Prince Street carries the smell of gas for a couple of nights in a row now. Always at the same spot and near a gas marker.

4-5 huge rats are running around the area in Public Alley 433 on the side of Exeter. They seem going in the little gardens/back entrances of the door number 2 and 7. I saw them a couple of times already in the last week at night. One got in front of my back entrance too and I jumped for the fear. Is anything I can do? Thanks a lot

Car has been double parked for over 5 hours on Mass Ave and Tremont Street

This area has been blocked off for at least a week with no change. It creates accessibility issues for wheelchair uses - would love to see some sort of progress here or posted explanation

Loose trash = more rats. Been an ongoing issue at 1 Annapolis for 5+ years. They’ve received 50+ tickets for trash violations with no change…they’re still unable to dispose of trash like reasonable humans.

Huge hole forming again. Previously repaired pot hole now becoming sunken into street. Located outside Dana Farber loading dock.
