No heat in the building. It is really cold inside the apartments. Submitted a request to property management 5 days ago, they still haven’t switched ON the heat.

Dog at 31 Mather Street, Dorchester, MA 02124 has repeatedly barked for prolonged periods and has also gotten loose on multiple occasions, barking at and charging toward people on the public street/sidewalk. Security-camera footage documents incidents on 3/21/2026, 4/16/2026, and 9/21/2026 involving the dog getting loose and/or running toward people while barking. Additional footage from 9/4/2026 documents intermittent barking beginning at approximately 3:15 AM. Additional footage from 9/18/2026 documents prolonged barking. Intermittent barking began at approximately 5:05 PM. At approximately 6:15 PM, the barking became continuous and continued until approximately 6:53 PM. Intermittent barking then resumed and continued through approximately 11:21 PM. The original video recordings have been preserved and are available for review by Animal Care and Control if needed. Please investigate the repeated prolonged barking and incidents involving the dog being loose in public areas.
