I respectfully request that Mayor Wu address the shooting at Hood Park Drive on Friday, June 19 at approximately 10:30 PM. There should be a full investigation as to what the events were that we’re taking place and why there was not sufficient security in place. There were more vehicles than parking could handle across four parking lots surrounding Hood Park. I have lived here for seven years and last night when I came home around 8:15 I was nervous for my safety for the first time. There was no advertising present on property for the event that was taking place at either Urban Wild (100 Hood Park Drive)or at the fenced in enclosure that is managed currently by the owners of Urban Wild/Tradesmen. Apparently, a World Cup watch party for the Brazil Haiti match was being held at the nightclub/bowling alley known as Urban Wild. It is not clear what the event was that was taking place at the fenced in enclosure outside of Urban Wild. Urban Wild has a City of Boston liquor license and the fenced in enclosure, I believe has a conditional liquor license to function as a beer garden… It is apparent that there were overcrowding conditions amounting to potential violations of those alcohol licenses. | Case (SR) Type: [Mayor's Request] Referred To: [MAYORAL REQUESTS]

Illegal ice cream and drink truck

Concerned for health of tree. Many small branches down after minor wind. No other same type trees on street lost branches. Tree was thoroughly trimmed after previous report: # 101006029051. Pic is of gathered branches. Please check on health of tree. I posted this under fallen tree, but the concern is that the tree is not well and may fall.

There is this Caucasian homeless man who is incredibly dirty. His face hands and clothing are soiled with black dirt. He wears a red dirty winter jacket and tan pants and hangs out in front of the Dunkin donuts and McDonalds occasionally begging for money to eat. He sometimes sits on a park bench in the little park between commonwealth ave. and the Commonwealth Hotel. He scratches himself because he does not bathe. There must be a Boston Homeless Rescue group that can see to this guy's needs like cleaning himself and clothes plus eating some food. I tried contacting Boston Public Health commission but the email address does not work.
