None of the residents in the brick three story apartments (like mine) are allowed to have pets. The rich people in the new luxury apartments are the only ones with dogs in this corner of the neighborhood. They have not been picking up after their dogs and have been leaving the poop on the sidewalk and in the alleyway of the poor people's buildings. Please hold the management of these apartment buildings responsible! They should actively inform their residents that this is unacceptable and provide (i.e. plow) their own places to let the dogs poop, instead of literally pooping on the hard work of my apartment buildings management.
