Id like to know when this street became a parking lot for private track trailers Monday through Friday and the weekends tractor trailers are parked here taking up spaces for people that need to go to 1313 Mass Ave Etc, these track trailers haven't moved in 2 weeks

Trash collectors broke my trash can. Lid was cracked, I reported verbally on 311 and nothing happened and now they have broken the wheel off!!
