Therefore, we ask that any New Tree Request for a new pit and tree comes from the actual abutting property owner, and then we can then inspect that location for tree planting. Noted. The tree in question currently meets the City of bostons pruning specifications and does not require any work at this time. There is no overhang of the house so there is no need to prune for the insurance company. All public street trees in the City of Boston are protected by state law (MGL CH 87).

Noted. No a tree related issue or Urban Forestry Division issue. Dead vines on a private utility pole on a private way road that is not maintained by the City of Boston. Constituent should reach out to verizon and eversrouce to have the pole inspected.
