parking at 15 minutes limited area for more than 3 hours

This car(plate number: P 29880 )without permits to occupy resident parking spaces more than 6 hours ，the same car do the same way almost every day for 2 years. Without permits ,But never got tickets!

Please add more Back Bay Resident parking overnight 6:00 pm to 8:00 am on Clarendon street between Beacon and Marlborough. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night multiple NON resident cars fill this block. Cars are not ticketed on Saturday or Sunday nights, sometimes Friday nights I see tickets. One of the meter maids suggested I call 311 instead of posting to get a faster response, however that did not happen. There are plenty of empty sign poles that do not have signs.

Someone almost hit me at the crosswalk on Allandale by the Faulkner garage. Again, speed bumps are table stakes for street safety here. Every other intervention has been consistently ignored. Please do something.
