    Kirkwood Rd in Brighton allows parking on only one side of the street and requires people who park on the street to have resident permit stickers - I have noticed that both of these, especially the absence of stickers is becoming more common (I saw at least 6 such vehicles on my walk this morning) also, is there a rule on how much of a sidewalk can be covered by a car parked in a driveway; this morning I saw at least 3 cars (at numbers 70 and 54 Kirkwood Rd) that were covering approximately half of the sidewalk
