Illegal Parking
367 Maverick St, East Boston, Ma, 02128To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to respectfully appeal parking ticket #819530725 issued on 04/19/2025 at 367 Maverick St, East Boston, MA. I never received a physical notice on my vehicle at the time the violation was issued. Had I seen the citation, I would have responded and paid or appealed it in a timely manner. However, I was unaware of this violation until I recently received the overdue notice. Additionally, I left the United States on 04/25/2025 and remained outside the country until June. During this time, I did not receive any physical or email notification of the violation. For these reasons — lack of visible notice and my being out of the country — I kindly request that this violation be reviewed for possible dismissal or reduction of the late fees. I have always made an effort to follow all parking rules and regulations, and I appreciate your understanding in this matter. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Marahim Mehdiyev Apt 1, 75 Wolcott St Malden, MA 02148 6173377045 Merahim199100@gmail.com

141 Nottinghill Rd, Brighton, Ma, 02135At 141 Nottinghill Rd there is a two-hour parking street sign. I went to city hall to speak to a parking clerk who said I should report to 311 that the sign should include “except resident parking” as it conflicts with a different “resident permit parking only” sign. At their request and mine, can you please switch the sign to one that includes the phrase “except resident parking” to make more sense for our street. Thank you for your help fulfilling this change.

Intersection Of Blagden St And Dartmouth St And Huntington Ave, Boston, MaBPL Blagden Street blocking street with truck and garbage bin. Drill at night past 12am. | Case (SR) Type: [Library Issues] Referred To: [BOSTON PUBLIC LIBRARY]
CLOSED #101006057098Case Resolved. Thank you for your email. Our contractors had a permit allowing them to do construction on Sunday 5/4 outside of working hours to address a critical repair needed to our internal loading dock. The overnight drilling was one night only on internal work with the doors shut (per our permit agreement). Per the picture reflecting the box truck blocking the street for a delivery. All deliveries for the BPL have been redirected to a temporary permitted location on Exeter Street from May 2nd-May 16th since we are not using the loading dock at this time. The truck must have been making a delivery to the location across the street on Blagden Street from which the picture was taken- not BPL. Our trash bins are placed in the designated parking spots on Blagden Street reserved for the BPL. They were not blocking anything. Let me know if you have any questions. 123 129 Salem St, Boston, Ma, 02113Moving signs posted for 5/1, but there’s at least 8 parking spaces in between the cars. A moving permit is typically for 2 spaces, can something be done? Not trying to have my car towed because someone was too lazy to get a holder for their other sign.
CLOSED #101006045419Case Resolved. The moving permit should note what spaces the moving permit applies to. if for some reason it does not, please contact the Office of The Parking clerk at 617-635-4410 to learn more.
