Re case 101006370350, it IS a long abandoned construction sign, it's an orange wooden sign poorly mounted on a temporary surface mount sign post and was put up when the bike lane was closed during construction of the arborway which finished almost 10 years ago, see attached screenshot. It is non MUTCD compliant and should be removed.

Another driver trying to get into the bicycle lane. Such a "genius" idea to block off the bike lane at Cambridge Street, downsize the car lane from 3 to two at a busy junction with a division where no one ever walks on it but drivers trying to drive there so many times.
