    Intersection Of Clearway St And Massachusetts Ave, Boston, Ma

    The concrete divider on the southbound Mass Ave bike lane directly across from the Christian Science Reading room where the bike lane moves onto the sidewalk is blocking the flow of water, causing a large puddle to form and stick around for several days after rain. This is forcing cyclists to use the road instead of the bike lane.

    Case Resolved. The pool in question is not being caused by the bike lane barrier, as the barriers have space beneath them to allow irrigation. The issue results form issues in the asphalt construction of the street, which our team will work to resolve.

    Incorrect signs. The lane is marked as a bike lane, but one area is still signed as handicap parking, leaving people to park in the bike lane. Please correct the signs to show no parking.

    There has been some kind of construction work going on for many days near the intercontinental hotel at Atlantic Ave & Seaport Blvd. There are often trucks parked on street, blocking the bike lane. This is a serious hazard. Could you either prohibit the street parking or have adequate police presence to direct traffic? The bike lane on Seaport Blvd is particularly dangerous.
