Boylston St next to the Commons and the following block, next to 25 Boylston St, has snow in the bike lanes. Please make them passable, just like the road. We cannot all start using cars to get into the city in the winter.

Protected bike lane on Comm Ave west of BU bridge is completely unusable due to lack of snow removal.

The bike lane along Mass Ave from the Harvard Bridge to Columbus Ave is not cleared, or in some cases has cars parked in it because the adjacent parking spaces aren't cleared.

The bike lane is unrideable along Cambridge St, forcing bikes into car-only lanes, which seriously puts lives at risk. The point of bike lanes is to separate traffic and keep bikes out of car lanes.

Snow removal from bike lane requested

Requesting plowing/salting in Mass Ave bike lane - between Metro Credit Union entrance and Rusfield Street, plowing of parking lots and side streets has blocked the entrances and exits to the lane. Between Columbis Rd and the Eversource entrance is clear of snow, but melt/refreezing has made the lane very icy.

Mayor Wu the residents of Boston are not asking for much. Just a safe passage for the elderly, kids and people who rely on their cars to go about daily living. It’s been over a week since the last snowflake fell and Snow Emergency Arteries, crosswalks, handicap ramps, bus stops and bike lanes still haven’t been cleared.
