The Ride Vehicle parked in dedicated bike lane and parked blocking sidewalk. Impossible to cross street with snowbanks.

South hunting ave bike lanes are completely unusable and the plows have destroyed all the flexposts. Please plow them properly as I had to bike on the travel lanes with drivers that nearly ran me over.
