Noise complaint, two dogs barking early morning (0400-0630) with no consideration for neighbors. The dogs bark throughout the day. Owner does not walk them and the sit on the porch balcony barking at birds, dogs people and whatever moves. This is nerve racking and frustrating since filing complaints to Boston 311 go unanswered and/or ignored. Owner occasionally gets others to walk dogs Otherwise they urinate and defecate inside the apartment or on the porch which also is unhealthy as it drops through the wood on the porch onto the lower level. The dogs are neglected by being confined to the apartment and dropping their waste on puppy pads. One dog is so overweight it can barely walk. Owner said he was going to put it down to Management here. The dogs don't belong with an owner that CANNOT properly care for their well being and basic needs for exercise. All I say is DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE BARKING!!!! 0400-??? (throughout the day and into the evening sometimes up to 2100 at night) is not only disrespectful for neighbors, it's downright ignorant as well. The owner needs to have the dogs taken care of. When he does walk them, look into past record complaints. On 5/27/21, a mouse ran alongside my retaining wall in the backyard. I have not seen mice before. I found a (recently) dead bird in the backyard on 6/2/21 by my shed. I got rid of this bird but then discovered another one under the shed ramp. I did not get rid of it as this is unusual. There could be more but I have not looked under there any further. I think you may want to check these birds as this has not happened before. |

Rats eating birdseed at the base of neighbor's bird feeder. The neighbor has removed the feeder but other neighbors have them installed in their yards. Concerned this could promote rat population in Fairmount Hill area.

city is not cleaning he side walk. the tree is a really mess birds all over making the sidewalk very dirty. they should cut the tree or some branches.

Injured birds that need help in a box

squirrels living in the roof. A attic window that has no panels, and no glass and there are birds living in there making nests. Garage in the back all rusted and no window panes , cardboard in the windows, there is a tree on the property that is hanging on and over the roof with squirrels living in the tree and dhaving access to the roof. Dumpsters is overflowing and squirrels and birds sometimes rip garbage bags.
