Residential Trash out Illegally

Despite repeated loads picked up at this construction dumpster, large trash debris remains around it. In particular the mattress has been there for weeks. I have complained about this dumpster before as it is the site of illegal dumping and scavenging. I understand the dumpster is permitted, while I think that was a bad idea it seems there is no appetite for a rethink. However, if this dumpster is to remain here then either the contractor as the permit holder or the city as the permit issuer need to take responsibility for the negative impacts on the neighborhood from this dumpster and take care of what builds up around it. Please remove mattress and any other debris.
