Every week the landlord of unit 1 at 24 Highland Avenues puts out four mattresses without making a reservation with the City and neighbors have to put them back in the driveway, despite other apartments in the building explaining the process to them.

Illegal dumping

Tenant at 6 Forest Street threw their soiled mattress top out for trash day, four weeks ago, and though the trash company cannot take the mattress top. The homeowner has yet to discard it. Multiple children have to walk over this trash and an elder woman tripped on the corner of the foam. How long does it take for this to be addressed?
