About every 6 months there is a random, disgusting mattress dump in the road in front of 10 Glencoe St in Brighton. Please remove - thank you!

Mattress on sidewalk for a few weeks now. Unclear whether the residence there is at fault, but needs disposal before rats, or the junkies over there make use of it.
