Mattresses thrown out illegally

I have video footage of the “owner” of 98 Mount Pleasant Ave. bringing these mattresses from elsewhere in his truck and dumping them here in our neighborhood. Why? These mattresses are not picked up with regular trash and this absentee owner doesn’t care that he should learn the City ordinance and rules around these types of items. FINE him!

Mattress left on sidewalk yesterday now lying in road. (Wasn't put out by neighbors--think it got randomly dumped.) Thanks!
