This is the third report made. Residents at 16 Fowler street have not resolved the previous trash/furniture dumping issue. The accumulating items resulting in more trash/furniture being dumped with the old items. Most of the items are from the second floor residents at 16 Fowler. The property is cited and still no resolve or any follow up. Case gets closed with no resolve. Major rat issue in the neighborhood. Furniture items need to be broken down and put for trash day. Mattress removal is not contact so residents can have them properly removed. These issues need to be known to the residents so they know what to do instead of leaving an overwhelming amount of items outside for months.

Illegal mattress dump

I scheduled a mattress pickup for today and forgot all about it! I don’t have the help now to take them out and need to reschedule. My address is 66 Russett Rd, West Roxbury Confirmation Code: IBX-9XC

As soon as we finally get mattresses to disappear, new ones take their place! Is there a way to get this building information about the free mattress pick up the City offers?? It’s getting ridiculous. Plus miscellaneous bulk trash items.

This area is teaming with rats and their babies. It has exploded in the last week or two. Mattresses have been there for a few weeks and new garbage is added.
