Thank you to the crew out in the north End removing snow piles, and a particular thanks to the supervisor who moved to another spot so this resident could park and get home to her family after a long day.. Seriously appreciate the kindness.

Wiget street north end, boston needs snow removal, dangerous situation for emergency vehicles and elderly cannot leave their apts safely.

The North End needs a major clean up! The streets are filthy. We need to be cleaner!

I am a homeowner in the North End and my older mother visiting me just fell and tripped in this hole on Richmond St. Thank God she is okay because if she was injured, this would be a lawsuit. I can promise you that. This needs to be fixed immediately. This is around the corner from a rehab. This is shameful! This is what my tax dollars should be going to. Fix this so that you do not get sued!

While I appreciate the snow being removed off Hanover street - there were many streets and sidewalks that received no care at all. There are 4 schools in the north end- and the sidewalks and streets for families and kids to get there are atrocious! Prince Street - Salem street- Endicott- Thacher- north Washington - islands where children to cross to - never addressed until the other day?! Parks not addressing their sidewalks! Salem and Prince already blocked by obnoxious construction site - barrels at Bovas blocking other sidewalks - crosswalk near Dino’s always has Ubers or delivery trucks blocking. Lack of snow removal made it worse- fines need to be Beth heavy to absentee landlords who don’t address their properties and the city should remember there are more streets then Hanover and the few selected side streets that get attention.

The first block of Salem St between Cross St and Parmenter St in the North End has not been plowed. It is a commercial zone as well as a residential zone. Commercial vehicles can not park to unload and residents can not park there at night because the street has not been plowed. Please plow this part of Salem St.

The separated bike lane on Commercial Street in the North End has segments that have not been cleared of snow. In particular at road crossings.

North End is terrible with snow and ice. Only main streets were addressed and certain other locations- need serious cleanup around here- especially paths where children walk to the schools! Terrible job by the city-

Amazon parked in handicap spot. Parked there all day. Busy delivery area - hotel delivery area- nowhere else for trucks to park. Always doubled up. Impossible to see coming out of garage. Ruining the North End. Amazon can deliver just like everyone else. We don’t need our packages that fast. Terrible for the neighborhood and dangerous. Why is Amazon allowed to take over the North End?
