There are multiple overhead street lights out on the southbound/inbound side of the new "Bill Russell" Memorial bridge. The street lights in question are nearer the Charlestown end of the bridge (versus the North End end). Thanks in advance

Please provide information on light pollution guidelines or policy. I recently moved to the west end and between the State Street building and Citizen M over North Station even blackout shades don’t really provide a good dark room for sleeping. It seems astonishing that with all that is known about light pollution tbe Citizen M light was approved, and I’m baffled that it is fine for State Street to have every single light on every single floor all night. Rats are coming up from Paul Revere Park/Mall onto our porch and then into in our alley at 4 and 5 Tileston Place in the North End. See the footprints from today. I saw it. The park needs to be fumigated and bait stations put down. This has gotten out of control. Please help.

After contractors completed the brick pointing on the Pall Revere Mall in the North End, their purple PortaPotti is still in the park - right where kids are playing. As with most outhouses, the slamming of the door is constant and loud. The noise is especially jarring at 2AM. Move it somewhere else.

Every Sunday evening, non-resident cars park along Commercial Street in the North End for the DCR Steriti Memorial Rink Free Skate from 3:00pm-6:50pm despite the multiple lots available to pay for visitors to park at. Visitors park in the residents only 6:00pm-8:00am spots as well as in front of the funeral home, which prohibits parking at all times. This issue has gotten completely out of control, leaving residents stranded with no parking spots. Visitors have begun yelling at residents who politely ask them to move their cars and then leave them there for hours. I reported the issue to Boston 311, but no actions were taken on their end despite their promise to call parking enforcement.

I called this in. This is NOT private property. It literally says above his car “resident parking only”. Please ticket. Foster st lot North End.

White noise. On Atlantic Ave in the North End, near the Greenway. It is 4:30 a.m. and we cannot sleep due to a horrible noise outside. It might be coming from the project in the subway egress at the end of the Long Wharf. That has happened before. Please stop it and prevent it from happening in the middle of the night henceforward.
