Broken bench in front of forest hills north head house/end of southwest corridor. Not sure if this is city, MBTA, or DCR land, but wanted to make sure it can be flagged for the responsible agency

Very deep pot hole as you exit elderly housing parking lot at 41 North Margin St. in North End.

Hi 311, I’ve attached a photo of a parking spot in the North End. The spot is at the intersection of Lewis St. and Commercial St. where the intersection forms a “T” shape. At the very top and center of the “T” there is a spot that is in between the cross walks. You can see in the attached image, a black car is parked there. I often see cars parked there but not always as I believe the signs on both sides of the cross walks around the spot lead to confusion as to whether or not it is a legal spot. Can you please confirm for me if a resident car is allowed to park in this spot? Thanks, Chris Santini

Can you please explain why North End is having their cars ticketed and towed AFTER the street cleaning has been completed for the day. This sounds very suspicious and completely illegal to be doing .

Why is the city ticketing and towing cars in north end after the street cleaners have gone by???? Ridiculous and illegal. They aren’t even cleaning the streets anyways- this is ridiculous.

For some reason, this year after the street sweeper goes by we still are not allowed to park and they are handing out tickets. What a money grab. Parking in the North End is horrific to begin with, what are residents supposed to do?

There was significant construction activity at 230 AM on Salem St in the North End Boston. Significant noise that disrupted multiple units on residential street (Stillman St). Please advise if this is going to be a normal occurrence or if this was a one time event

On Cambridge Ave in Allston, starting at the intersection with Lincoln St and ending at the intersection at North Harvard St, on the side of the street going towards Cambridge. The bike lane is an absolute mess right now with spill over of gravel from the construction/rail yard. It has been muddy and annoying for months, but since big snow melt is has been very gravelly (this might also be from plowing) -- it is very very difficult to bike through this without losing balance, and is a road I, and many others, need to bike through daily. Main issue: the bike lane has become covered in gravel. It is dangerous to ride on with the fast traffic nearby.

Pothole (~4.5” deep) in the asphalt roadway outside of 194 Salem St (North End). Needs to be repaired/filled in, Thanks
